Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial management experience in consumer finance or fintech lending.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing financial operations in Southeast Asia.
• Deep familiarity with Philippine tax structures, BIR regulations, SEC requirements, and local corporate compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting, revenue recognition, bad debt provisions, and GL reconciliations in line with IFRS and Philippine standards.
• Direct statutory reporting and SEC disclosures; lead the annual audit with external auditors.
• Design and enforce internal controls, cash flow policies, and risk controls for a digital lending environment.
• Evaluate accounting implications of new lending products and manage relationships with banks and treasury partners.
