• Experience:
• Industry Track Record: Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial management experience specifically within the Consumer Finance or Fintech lending sector.
• Regional Context: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing financial operations within Southeast Asian markets.
• Local Expertise: Deep familiarity with Philippine tax structures, BIR regulations, SEC requirements, and local corporate compliance frameworks is heavily preferred.
• Education:
• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Language Proficiency: Complete professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage to facilitate seamless coordination with Headquarters.
• Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in corporate accounting software, advanced Excel modeling, and a deep understanding of automated accounting workflows for high-volume consumer transactions.
