Job summary

Dempsey Resource And Management Incorporation is seeking a Finance Manager for a fintech company in Makati to oversee financial planning, reporting, and controls across Southeast Asian markets. You will manage accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance in a high-volume consumer lending environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial management within consumer finance or fintech lending, strong PH regulatory knowledge, and Mandarin proficiency to coordinate with HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management in consumer finance or fintech lending.
• At least 3 years handling regional financial operations in Southeast Asia.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax, BIR, SEC and local compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and cash management processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and statutory reporting in the Philippines.
• Lead finance team across SEA markets and drive process improvements.
