Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Bel-Air, Makati City, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Finance Lead to oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and internal controls for a consumer finance/fintech lending operation.

This on-site role requires strong leadership and regional experience across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate holds a CPA/ACCA, with at least 5 years in financial management, deep knowledge of Philippine tax rules and SEC requirements, and advanced Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of financial management experience in consumer finance or fintech lending.
• At least 3 years of experience managing financial operations in Southeast Asia.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR regulations, SEC requirements, and financial reporting.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and compliance management skills.
