PDAX is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen technical depth, operational efficiency, and leadership within the Finance division. You will own core accounting operations, ensure close integrity, and lead cross‑functional projects, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining audit readiness.

We value experience in high‑volume environments, familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, and strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS and local tax rules.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance is required.
• CPA credential is required.
• 5–9+ years of progressive accounting, audit, and financial operations experience is required.
• Big 4 audit experience plus corporate finance experience is a significant advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with compliance to PFRS/IFRS and local tax rules.
• Review and approve general ledger operations, complex journal entries, multi-currency reconciliations, and intercompany accounts across entities.
• Apply accounting treatments for digital assets, revenue recognition, fair value, and inventory valuation.
• Directly supervise, mentor, and coach a team of accountants and finance specialists.
• Partner with Treasury, TechOps, and Product to validate reconciliation models and support scalable growth.
