Job summary

ALLDIGI TECH MANILA, INC. (AMI) in Taguig City is seeking a senior finance leader to own end-to-end finance operations, including controllership, PFRS, FP&A, AR/AP, treasury, tax, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive forward-looking analytics, performance insights, and scalable controls while partnering with the Country Head and Group CFO. The role demands on-site work in Taguig and a track record of FP&A leadership within BPO/ITES or shared services.

Qualifications

• CPA licensed in the Philippines with up-to-date credentials.
• 7–10 years post-qualification in finance with at least 5 years in controllership or senior FP&A.
• Hands-on PFRS knowledge strongly preferred.
• Proven FP&A leadership and strategic partnering.
• Experience in BPO/ITES or shared services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) and manage closing cycles.
• Oversee accounting, audits (Big 4), and technical accounting under PFRS.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and pricing.
• Manage AR/AP operations, working capital, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle treasury, banking, and FX activities.
• Strengthen internal controls and optimize processes (SAP S/4HANA).
• Lead and develop the local finance team.

Job description

Role Purpose:

Own end-to-end finance for Alldigi Tech Manila– controllership, technical accounting under PFRS, FP&A and business partnering, AR / AP operations, treasury, tax, and compliance. Operate as the senior finance leader on the ground in Manila, form defensible PFRS positions, drive forward-looking analytics and decision support for the Country Head and Group CFO, and embed scalable controls. Critical node in the parent's consolidated reporting and investor disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) and manage closing cycles

• Oversee accounting, audits (Big 4), and technical accounting under PFRS

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and pricing

• Manage AR/AP operations, working capital, and cash flow

• Ensure compliance with BIR, tax, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Philippines

• 7 – 10 years post-qualification, with at least 5 years in controllership and / or senior FP&A

• Hands-on PFRS knowledge strongly preferred

• Demonstrated FP&A leadership

• BPO / ITES / shared services industry preferred; familiarity with PEZA regulations is a plus

• Mandatory SAP S/4HANA hands-on experience; Big 4 audit followed by industry is preferred

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skill is preferred

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
