Job description

TheFinance Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This role will support compliance with local regulations, handle intercompany transactions, and provide financial guidance to help drive the company’s growth. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership to improve processes, manage cash flow, and maintain strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage local accounting, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain intercompany records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required.

• Strong understanding of local taxation and compliance; exposure to regional or international operations is an advantage.
• Solid experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
