Daiviksoft Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations. You will handle budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and statutory compliance while supporting strategic decisions.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, leadership, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software. You will coordinate with auditors and banks, and lead the finance team to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure effective utilization of funds.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  
• Monitor cash flow and ensure effective utilization of company funds.
  
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
  
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting activities.
  
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.
  
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws, regulations, and company policies.
  
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
  
• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
  
• Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
  
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.
  

Requirements

Preferred Experience
