Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business analytics, finance, FP&A, strategy, or related functions.
• Recent graduates with a strong academic record in relevant fields or internships.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and programming languages, ideally Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with BI software such as Tableau and Metabase.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and organize data on users, volumes, revenues, and costs.
• Develop, maintain, and improve information systems to monitor expenses against budgets.
• Use BI software to develop, produce, and improve reports on key metrics weekly and monthly.
• Support SIRG with data for performance reports to management, partners, and investors.
• Prepare periodic executive reports and board presentations.
• Develop financial models for scenario planning and business case evaluations.
• Prepare business performance reviews and analyses across product, customer, and segments.
