About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our real estate development business. The role is responsible for financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, budgeting, project financial monitoring, financial reporting, and ensuring strong financial controls to support the company's growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze project profitability, financial performance, and key financial indicators
• Provide management with insights on financial risks, opportunities, and business performance
• Monitor the financial performance of real estate development projects
• Track project budgets, development costs, construction expenses, and other project-related expenditures
• Review project cash requirements and ensure availability of funds based on project timelines
• Oversee company-wide cash flow planning and monitoring
• Manage cash requirements for operations, projects, suppliers, contractors, and other obligations
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably with extensive managerial experience in the real estate or property development industry
• Experience in real estate development, property management, construction, or a related industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Experience in project costing, budget monitoring, and profitability analysis is an advantage
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting and taxation regulations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
