Role Description

The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, responsible for overseeing the financial health and performance of the company. This role includes managing budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and standards, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience in internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial software or ERP systems, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop finance team members, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Relevant experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role, preferably in property management, real estate, or hospitality.
