Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Finance Head to lead and manage the company’s overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, and compliance, while providing financial guidance to support real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support real estate and construction projects
• Monitor project costing, profitability, and cash flow
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Manage treasury functions, including bank dealings, loan facilities, and cash management
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws, BIR requirements, and other regulatory agencies
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to top management
• Establish and improve internal controls, financial policies, and procedures
• Represent/liaise the company in banks and/ or financial institutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
• At least 7–10 years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or head role
• Strong background in real estate and/or construction finance
• Knowledgeable in project costing, revenue recognition, and contract management
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and financial regulations
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel
• Willing to be assigned at Malvar Batangas and is amenable to travel 100%
