Job summary

All About People Consulting is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance with PFRS, BIR regulations, and strong internal controls. A CPA with 5–8 years in finance and substantial construction industry experience is required.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, project costing, and financial reporting, while mentoring the finance team and coordinating with auditors, banks, and senior management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including accounting, treasury, budgeting, and planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's overall financial operations, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, and financial planning.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Develop and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and other government requirements.

• Manage tax planning, filing, and compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other statutory obligations.

• Monitor project costs, job costing, work-in-progress (WIP), and profitability of construction projects.

• Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to ensure accurate project financial reporting and cost control.

• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and accounting procedures.

• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

• Support management by providing financial analysis and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

• Ensure timely collection of receivables and proper management of payables and company cash flow.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.

• At least 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proven experience in the construction industry is required.

• Strong knowledge of project accounting, job costing, construction contracts, and financial reporting.

• Extensive knowledge of Philippine taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
