Job summary

Finance Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.


• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.


• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or related field is an advantage.


• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.


• Preferably with experience in a construction, engineering, real estate, or project-based organization.


• Strong background in:
  Treasury and Cash Flow Management
  Financial Planning and Budgeting
  Financial Reporting and Analysis
  Cost Control and Project Cost Monitoring
  Banking and Financing
  Tax Planning and Compliance
  Internal Controls and Risk Management
  Audit Coordination


• Experience managing project cash flows, progress billings, retention, subcontractor payments, and project financing is highly preferred.


• Thorough knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), Philippine tax laws, and regulatory requirements.


• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


• Strong analytical, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.


• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.


• Able to lead and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams while partnering effectively with Operations, Procurement, HR, and Executive Management.
