Job summary

Nezda Global is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead F&A, FP&A, and dispute management for clients in a BPO/shared services environment. You will manage end-to-end operations (O2C, P2P, R2R, billing, collections, reconciliations, month-end) and drive FP&A activities including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, working capital, and risks, maintaining SLA/KPI delivery, and coaching junior staff.

• Provide team coaching and onboarding for junior finance staff.

Job description

The Manager is responsible for hands-on delivery and supervision of Finance & Accounting (F&A), FP&A, and Dispute Management services for clients across retail and manufacturing industries within a BPO/shared services environment.

Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations, including O2C, P2P, R2R, billing, collections, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

Handle dispute management, including returns, refunds, chargebacks, pricing discrepancies, claims, and resolution tracking.

Support FP&A activities, including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, profitability, and cost analysis.

Monitor inventory, receivables, working capital, cash flow, identifying and escalating financial risks.

Manage client communication, SLA/KPI performance, operational reporting, and issue resolution.

Drive process improvements, automation, and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting quality.

Provide team support, transaction review, coaching, and onboarding for junior finance staff.
