Job summary

A leading staffing solutions company in the Philippines is seeking a finance professional with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, developing presentations, and identifying business challenges. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required, and experience in the BPO industry is preferred. This role reports to a Senior Manager and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in finance-related field.
• Experience in BPO or Shared Services Industry preferred.
• Preferably in a supervisory role.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably supervisor / 5 yrs & up experienced employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Needs to be on the BPO industry or Shared Services Industry

Responsibilities:

• Reports to a Senior Manager.
• Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams and serves as GBS POC.
• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
• Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
• Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
