Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A & Finance Operations to bridge finance, operations and leadership—driving stronger financial visibility, structure and accountability as the business scales.

Candidates should have startup/high-growth experience, strong command of financial statements, forecasting, cash flow and order-to-cash improvements. A degree in finance or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong forecasting, modelling and cash flow management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the business.
• Develop rolling forecasts covering revenue, margins, OPEX, cash flow and working capital.
• Partner with Operations and leadership to translate operational data into financial insights and recommendations.
• Conduct scenario analysis to support pricing, investments and growth decisions.
• Own management reporting across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Develop dashboards that give leadership visibility into performance.
• Own end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, including billing, collections, AR and client reconciliation.
• Develop and implement finance SOPs and approval workflows.
• Strengthen controls across billing, collections, purchasing and reporting.
• Partner with Operations to understand project economics, margins, costs and cash flow.

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager – FP&A & Finance Operations who can bridge finance, operations and leadership—bringing stronger financial visibility, structure and accountability as the business scales. This is not simply a reporting role. The successful candidate will help leadership understand what the numbers are saying, what is driving them operationally, where risks are emerging, and what actions need to happen next.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the business.
• Develop rolling forecasts covering revenue, margins, operating expenses, cash flow and working capital.
• Partner with Operations and leadership to translate operational data into clear financial insights and recommendations.
• Conduct scenario analysis to support pricing, investment, resource allocation and growth decisions.
• Own management reporting across the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.
• Develop dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into business performance.
• Own and improve the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, including billing, collections, accounts receivable and customer reconciliation.
• Develop and implement practical finance SOPs and approval workflows.
• Strengthen controls across billing, collections, purchasing, expenses and financial reporting.
• Partner with Operations to understand project economics, margins, costs and cash flow.

About you

• Strong experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance or Finance Business Partnering.
• Start-up, scale-up or high-growth company experience is highly preferred.
• Exposure to solar, renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, construction or project-based businesses is an advantage.
• Strong command of the three financial statements.
• Experience with forecasting, financial modelling, cash flow and working-capital management.
• Experience improving order-to-cash and accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to develop practical finance policies, SOPs and controls.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations and senior leadership.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field is preferred.
