Job summary

Klaiya invites applications for a Senior Accountant to lead financial reporting, GL oversight, budgeting, and cash management in a dynamic Metro Manila environment.

You will drive month-end and year-end closes, implement strong internal controls, and mentor a growing accounting team while ensuring compliant financial statements and client profitability analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is a plus.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in an agency or related industry.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Experience with project costing and client profitability analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts.
