Job Description

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Project Oversight: Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client expectations.
• Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services/products to clients based on their needs.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client issues or concerns, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams to find solutions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients on progress and results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure client objectives are met.
• Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is often preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience in accounting or financial management, typically 2-5 years depending on the role level.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in financial records and reports.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, especially during peak periods like year-end or tax season.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain financial data to non-financial colleagues.
