Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance (preferred).
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger entries, and month-end/year-end closing.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP), tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to perform account reconciliations and journal entries accurately.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and tax filings.
• Ability to analyze financial data and assist with financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
