HRTX in Makati (Onsite) seeks a Manager, STP Accounts Payable to lead the AP function and resolve vendor issues with precision. This hands-on role covers daily transactions and regional support, with a morning shift schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in Procure‑to‑Pay in a multinational setting, SAP experience, and knowledge of AU/NZ vendor regulations to ensure accurate period-end postings and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Procure-to-Pay/STP environment in a multinational setting.
• Familiarity with AU/NZ vendor management and payment regulations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and large-scale query handling.

Responsibilities

• Daily coordination of AP, Travel & Expenses, and Credit Card services.
• Own vendor balances and GR/IR analysis for accurate period-end postings.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure quarterly updates.
• Escalate complex queries from regional customers to drive service excellence.
