Job summary

The role requires CPA and a degree, 3–5 years in supervisory accounting or financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. You will provide data-driven forecasts to executives for strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance and a CPA license.

• Knowledge of Philippine GAAP/IFRS and BIR/LGU taxation.

Finance Manager Overview

The Finance Manager oversees an organization's financial health to promote growth and profitability. They direct daily accounting, manage cash flow, develop budgets, ensure legal compliance, and provide executives with critical data‑driven forecasts for strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory, general accounting, or financial analysis capacity
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Deep understanding of Philippine financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and BIR/LGU taxation laws
• Software Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms like SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Odoo
• Strategic Forecasting: Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting
