We are seeking an Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager to support the Finance Manager in leading day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This role is vital in maintaining operational continuity and providing insights that drive business decisions.
Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing financial operations and ensuring sound financial management.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with applicable standards and policies.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision‑making.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and internal control requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and internal departments.
Supervise and guide finance team members as delegated.
Act as deputy to the Finance Manager and assume responsibility in their absence.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls.
Financial Reporting & Accounting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain accurate general ledger, reconciliations, and closing activities.
Support external and internal audits, addressing audit findings.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and procedures.
CPA designation strongly preferred.
Solid background in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferably with prior experience in Big 4 accounting firms.
Preferably with experience in the construction industry.
