Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy of all books of accounts; no errors, no shortcuts.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow reports with zero tolerance for late submissions.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance — BIR, SEC, HLURB/DHSUD, and all applicable government agencies.
• Supervise and develop five direct reports across accounting and credit & collection functions.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable cycles end-to-end, coordinating with procurement and operations.
• Handle tax filings, audit preparation, and liaison with external auditors and government examiners.
• Review and sign off on journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statements monthly.
• Monitor credit exposures and collection performance; flag risk to the CEO when warranted.
• Support the CEO with financial data for business planning and decision-making.

POSITION SUMMARY

This role is responsible for the full financial and accounting operations of the company. The Accounting Manager owns the integrity of the books, controls cash flow reporting, and ensures the organization meets all regulatory obligations without exception. With five direct reports covering accounting operations and credit and collections, this person runs a lean team and is expected to deliver clean, on-time financial results in a fast-moving construction company environment. This is a working manager role — not a supervisory perch.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least five years in an accounting or finance management role; real estate or property development experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven command of Philippine tax law, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards (PFRS).
• Hands-on experience managing a team — hiring, performance management, day-to-day supervision.
• Proficient in accounting software; working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Able to work under deadline pressure without compromising accuracy.

Job Qualifications

Accounting Graduate. Minimum of 5 years work experience
