Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Monitor financial performance, liquidity, expenses, and working capital.
• Manage treasury operations, fund allocation, bank transactions, and financing requirements.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and payment schedules with Accounting.
• Develop financial reports, analyses, and forecasts for management decisions.
• Monitor budgets, project costs, and variances; recommend corrective actions.
• Establish financial controls, risk management, and cost-efficiency measures.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and supervise the Finance team; improve processes and reporting systems.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial controls. The role ensures effective financial management, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management;

• Monitors the company's financial performance, liquidity, expenses, and working capital;

• Manages treasury operations, fund allocation, bank transactions, and financing requirements;

• Oversees accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and payment schedules in coordination with Accounting;

• Develops financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to support management decisions;

• Monitors budgets, project costs, and financial variances and recommend corrective actions;

• Establishes and strengthens financial controls, risk management, and cost-efficiency measures;

• Coordinates with banks, auditors, government agencies, and other financial stakeholders;

• Ensures compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements;

• Leads and supervises the Finance team and improve financial processes and reporting systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, with supervisory or managerial experience

• Strong background in financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, treasury, and financial analysis

• Experience in construction, engineering, aviation, or other project-based industries is an advantage

• Knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, banking practices, and financial risk management

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems/ERP software

• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential financial information
