Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Finance Learning & Development Training Lead to drive capability building across finance teams through structured training programs, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a strong finance background with hands-on experience in training delivery and L&D initiatives.

Based onsite in Taguig, you will design and implement finance training programs, build knowledge repositories, and collaborate with CMA and other finance units to align learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in finance operations + training/L&D.
• Strong facilitation skills and track record of leading training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of finance-related training programs (e.g., accounting processes, reporting, systems).
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions for finance teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously enhance programs.
• Develop and implement L&D frameworks aligned with finance and business goals.
• Create structured learning paths for finance roles (analysts, accountants, CMA teams).
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and capability development.

Overview

We are looking for a Finance Learning & Development Training Lead to drive capability building across finance teams through structured training programs, knowledge management, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role requires a strong finance background combined with hands‑on experience in training delivery and L&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Capability Building

• Lead the design and delivery of finance‑related training programs (e.g., accounting processes, reporting, systems)
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job training sessions
• Identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions for finance teams
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously enhance programs
• Develop and implement L&D frameworks aligned with finance and business goals
• Create structured learning paths for finance roles (e.g., analysts, accountants, CMA teams)
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and capability development

Knowledge Management

• Build and maintain knowledge repositories, SOPs, and process documentation
• Standardize finance processes and ensure knowledge is accessible across teams
• Promote best practices and ensure consistent execution

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner closely with CMA teams and other finance units to align training initiatives
• Work with leadership to address capability gaps and support transformation efforts

Systems & Tools

• Support training and adoption of SAP or other ERP systems
• Integrate digital tools and platforms for scalable learning delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in finance operations + training/L&D
• Strong experience in facilitating and leading training sessions
• Background in shared services, corporate finance, or similar environments

Preferred

• Experience with SAP or ERP systems
• Exposure to process improvement or transformation initiatives
• Experience working with cross‑functional or regional teams
