Job summary

Tetra Tech International Development in Manila is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Australia Awards Philippines program's financial management and administration. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, expenditure monitoring and financial reporting, reporting to the Program and Partnerships Director and coordinating with DFAT and partners.

This role requires strong knowledge of donor-funded finance, internal controls, risk management, and experience with QuickBooks and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Qualification in commerce/finance or equivalent professional experience.
• ACCA or CPA certification is highly regarded.
• Experience in finance, accounting and program administration.
• Experience managing financial systems, internal controls and compliance.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and reporting for the AAP program.
• Monitor spend against budgets and forecasts, advise decisions.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely reporting.
• Oversee cash flow, payroll, tax and other core functions.
• Maintain internal controls, risk management and compliance with policies.
