Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, with supervisory or assistant manager experience.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP) and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departmental managers in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for budget adjustments and forecasts.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes with invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations to optimize liquidity.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff, providing training and development support.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved performance.
• Identify areas for process improvements within the finance department and implement best practices.
• Act as a liaison for financial inquiries from other departments and external stakeholders.
