Job summary

Continental Tires Manila Business Services Inc. provides centralized back-office support across finance, HR, and administration for Continental group entities worldwide.

The role supports Finance Lead with accounting, tax compliance, AP, and statutory reporting, while also assisting HR Lead with recruitment coordination and employee engagement, under a hybrid work setup. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in AP/GL/finance, a CPA-like background, and experience with SAP.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in AP, GL, accounting, tax, or Finance/HR admin operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations (VAT, EWT) required.
• Experience using SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices and supporting docs for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Process accounting transactions and invoice postings in SAP.
• Assist in tax reports, schedules, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Coordinate HR recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Handle office administration and liaison with facilities/vendors.
