Job summary

Continental Tires Manila Business Services Inc. seeks a seasoned GL Supervisor to lead accounting operations, including GL, intercompany, and FP&A, ensuring accurate monthly closes and IFRS compliance.

You will coordinate with US teams and auditors, driving process improvements and internal control adherence. The role requires 10–12 years of experience, CPA preferred, and SAP proficiency, with hybrid work arrangements in a global manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of accounting/finance experience.
• CPA preferred.
• SAP experience required.
• International or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Willing to work night shifts; hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team of accountants across GL, intercompany, and FP&A.
• Manage monthly North America close processes and coordinate with US teams.
• Ensure balance sheet reconciliations and timely adjustments.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors for audits.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and adherence to FRM.
• Maintain internal controls and drive process improvements.
