Job summary

Continental Tires Manila Business Services Inc. is seeking a Finance and HR Specialist to support Accounting, Tax compliance, AP processing, and HR/admin activities in a hybrid setting in Metro Manila. You will work with the Finance and HR Leads to ensure accurate financial data, regulatory adherence, and smooth office operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in AP/GL/tax, a related degree, and SAP experience, with the ability to work mid shift. Start-up experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Accounting, Tax Compliance, or Finance/Admin/HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (preferred), Accounting, Finance, or a related business course.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax regulations relevant to routine business transactions (VAT, EWT, etc.).
• Experience using SAP.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Process accounting transactions, invoice postings, and payment-related activities in SAP.
• Assist in tax reporting, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and audit readiness.
• Coordinate Recruiting activities including sourcing and screening of candidates and interviews.
• Assist on onboarding and new hire requirements.
• Organize employee engagement activities and OSH compliance.
• Handle general office administration and internal inquiries.
