The Finance Executive role is on-site in Muntinlupa, focusing on day-to-day finance operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance. The role requires strong knowledge in accounting, audit support, and effective collaboration with internal teams to enhance financial accuracy and

Formación

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting, with experience in general accounting and compliance processes.
• Provide expertise in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Solid Analytical Skills to review financial data, identify variances, and provide insights for management decisions.
• With working knowledge of Tax complainces, VAT reporting and related tax regulations, and be able to support proper tax filing and documentation for audit-readiness.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP software, with attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy. With knowledge in SmartBooks is a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day finance operations and assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/annual reporting.
• Coordinate account reconciliations, ensure accurate recording of transactions, and support audits.
• Assist with tax compliance, including VAT and related regulations, and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and strengthen financial controls.
