Job summary

HRTx Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s financial strategy and governance from our Makati/Pasig-based offices.

You will oversee budgeting, accounting, treasury, taxation, and reporting, and partner with the executive team to drive profitability and efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, CPA preferred, and a proven track record in end-to-end finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA highly preferred.
• Experience in financial leadership and planning.
• Experience in end-to-end finance operations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial strategy.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting.
