Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support FP&A initiatives across project and corporate levels. You will build and maintain financial models, assist budgeting and forecasting, and translate data into structured insights for decision-making.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to prepare presentations and management reports for senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, audit, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update consolidated financial models for projects and corporate budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data for FP&A analyses.
• Prepare management reports and variance analyses for reviews.
• Support ERP reporting improvements and capital budgeting analytics.
• Assist in intercompany documentation and special FP&A projects.
