Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance Director in Metro Manila to lead the finance function, provide strategic financial direction, and drive profitability and growth. The role emphasizes strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

The candidate will oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance while developing the finance team and partnering with business leaders on key initiatives. Onsite, Monday to Friday, in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, incl. leadership.
• Experience leading a Finance function or large Finance team.
• Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall Finance function
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Lead financial performance management and drive profitability and cost efficiency
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, financial controls, and compliance
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the organization
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations
• Lead and develop the Finance team
• Partner with business leaders and other functions on financial and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
