Our Clients in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function and steer financial direction for growth and profitability. The role focuses on strategic planning, capital management, and driving cost efficiency across the organization.

The candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while partnering with senior leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading a Finance function or large Finance team.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
