Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced accounting/financial operations professional to own end-to-end integration of high-volume transactional data from multiple sources into back-office systems.

You will investigate processing breaks, support close activities, deliver recurring reports, and drive improvements in controls and automation while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting and/or financial operations experience
• Demonstrated experience reconciling high-volume transactional data and resolving breaks through root-cause analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with confidence handling large datasets
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, Finance, and Account Management to deliver implementations and process improvements
• Working knowledge of accounting controls, documentation standards, and audit readiness expectations
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate risks and issues proactively with proposed solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings, operational impacts, and readiness status clearly

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration of high-volume transactional data from multiple booking sources into back-office accounting systems, validating feeds for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve processing breaks - including mapping issues, missing attributes, and balancing discrepancies - documenting root cause and remediation actions
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entry support, balance sheet substantiation, and unusual item resolution
• Prepare and deliver recurring reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), ensuring data integrity and proper controls
• Produce variance and driver analysis on volume, revenue, and cost trends with actionable insights
• Facilitate onboarding of new jurisdictions and marketplace expansions with structured intake and milestone tracking
• Partner with Account Management, Technology, Operations, and Finance to implement programs and changes, clarifying requirements and impacts
• Lead QA and UAT for rollouts and enhancements, including test strategy, defect tracking, and sign-off readiness
• Own end-to-end case management for onboarding and production issues with triage and audit trails
• Manage audit inquiries and coordinate with tax/compliance partners; prepare audit and external reporting deliverables
• Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and automate processes
