Job summary

World Vision Philippines is seeking a Finance Cost Allocation Analyst to independently deliver complex Cost Allocation analysis across Field Offices, Regional Finance and Shared Services. The role applies professional judgement to investigate material exceptions, coordinate resolutions and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related analytics.
• Experience with cross-functional issues and process improvements.
• Experience in multicultural, distributed or shared-services environments.
• Knowledge of SunSystems, OLAP, data warehouse or data modelling.
• Experience supporting Cost Allocation operations and reporting templates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform and coordinate Cost Allocation operations and analysis across Field Offices and regions.
• Apply policy, identify risks and recommend sustainable controls or process improvements.
• Conduct financial reporting reviews for Field, Regional and Offsite Offices.
• Design, maintain complex reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel; utilize SharePoint and approved tools.
• Prepare guidance and training materials; facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Lead or contribute to emerging Compliance and Cost Allocation projects.
