Job summary

World Vision International (New) seeks a qualified Finance Analyst to independently deliver complex Field Office compliance and Cost Allocation analysis. You will guide improvements, coordinate resolutions across Field Offices, Regional Finance, Shared Services, and GFSC teams, and lead project workstreams.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience with data management, dashboards, and controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, compliance, or related analytical role.
• Experience with cross-functional issues and process improvements.
• Experience in multicultural or shared-services environments.
• Knowledge of SunSystems, OLAP, data warehouse or data-modelling.
• Experience supporting centralised Cost Allocation operations and field office finance.
• Experience developing financial templates, reports, dashboards, or training materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform and coordinate Cost Allocation operations and analysis.
• Review field office financial reports and bank reconciliations.
• Design, maintain complex financial reports, dashboards and data controls.
• Provide guidance and training materials to stakeholders and teams.
• Lead defined workstreams on Compliance and Cost Allocation projects.
