World Vision Philippines in Pasig seeks a seasoned Cost Allocation Analyst to independently deliver complex compliance and allocation analysis across field offices. You will apply professional judgement to investigate exceptions and coordinate resolutions with regional finance and shared services.

You will design and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and data controls using Power BI, Excel, SunSystems and allied tools, while guiding stakeholders and enabling process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in finance, accounting, or related analytical role.
• Experience resolving cross-functional issues and improving processes or controls.
• Experience in multicultural, geographically dispersed or shared-services environments.
• Experience with SunSystems, OLAP, data warehouse or data-modelling environments, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience supporting centralised Cost Allocation operations and field office finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently perform cost allocation operations and analysis across Field Offices.
• Review allocation results, budgets, and adjust as needed; investigate exceptions and root causes.
• Design and maintain financial reports, templates, dashboards and data controls using Power BI and Excel.
• Apply policy and accounting requirements to determine treatment and elevate risks.
• Provide guidance to Field Offices, regional finance, and shared services on compliance and cost allocation matters.
• Lead defined workstreams on Compliance and Cost Allocation emerging projects.
• Ensure data integrity and identify automation opportunities to improve processes.
