The role emphasizes applying policy, improving controls, and leading data reporting initiatives with AI-enabled tools and Power BI, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting, compliance or related analytics.
• (optional) professional certification preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional issue resolution and process improvements.
• Experience in multicultural or shared-services environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform cost allocation operations and validate results, codes and transactions.
• - Review support-cost actuals against budget and investigate exceptions.
• - Coordinate adjustments with offices and support centralized cost allocation transitions.
• - Conduct risk-based reviews of field and regional financial reports.
• - Design and maintain complex reports, dashboards and data controls using Power BI.
