Job Summary

• Provides data and support to the Finance Business Partner head, Commercial Units and business partners in the areas of gathering and preparation of sales data into information and reports.
• Coordinates with Finance Group, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain – Planning and Logistics and Subsidiaries.
• Provides support for operations of Commercial Business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform job functions consistent to the corporate vision and mission statements and the values of the company.
• Finance Business Partnering, Planning & Performance Management
  • Act as Finance Business Partner for an assigned Sales unit and category partner for Marketing.
  • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities, including gathering, validating, consolidating, and analyzing sales and financial forecasts.
  • Prepare financial and commercial reports and analyze performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Monitor key business indicators, including sales, orders, deliveries, fill-rate, volume, value, margins, and profitability.
  • Analyze business and distributor performance by relevant segments, channels, products, and customers.
  • Identify key performance drivers, gaps, and risks, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Support business planning and decision-making through financial analysis, benchmarking, and evaluation of business initiatives and commercial programs.
  • Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Data, Systems & Process Improvement
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial and commercial data used for reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Support data extraction, validation, visualization, and reporting automation.
  • Support ERP/CRM implementation, enhancements, and integration with BI tools, including Acumatica.
  • Maintain relevant pricing, customer, budget, and other master data in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Monitor A&P expenses against approved budgets and programs.
  • Identify and implement improvements in reporting, data quality, and Finance processes.
  • Support the implementation and compliance of Finance policies, procedures, systems, and controls.
  • Coordinate with relevant functions to resolve data and system issues and support Finance and cross-functional projects.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities germane or related to from the above enumeration that may be assigned from time to time or as the need arises.
• Participate in collegial planning for policies, procedures and systems through participation in standing or ad hoc committees, task force or project teams.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree in accountancy or financial management or other related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis, with a focus on business partnering.
