Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Business Partner to partner with an assigned BU, delivering real-time financial support and strategic insights to drive sound business decisions.

You will own end-to-end performance analysis, challenge decisions with data-backed insights, and translate complex financial data into commercially focused recommendations. This role requires strong ownership, adaptability, and on-site collaboration with operations and management.

Qualifications

• Strong finance background with FP&A, performance analysis or FP partnering.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA/CPA/CFA is an advantage.

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with an assigned business unit, building an active partnership with both operations and management. The role provides real-time financial support and analysis, serves as a trusted adviser, and delivers insights that support sound business decision-making.

About the Role

Act as a trusted adviser to the assigned BU, helping shape strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance analysis, identifying growth drivers, margin opportunities, and risks and translating insights into action.


• Lead high-impact discussions with senior stakeholders and challenge decisions through data-backed insights.


• Translate complex financial and business data into clear, commercially focused recommendations.


• Leverage advanced analytics to unlock value from data.


• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for analysis and recommendations.


• Operate with flexibility and step beyond the usual scope when business requirements demand it.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance background with proven experience in FP&A, performance analysis, and/or Finance Business Partnering.


• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is an advantage.

• Strong analytical capability with a bias for action and impact.


• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools is preferred.
