Job summary

ING Belgium's Finance ING Belgium hub in the Philippines invites a Finance Business Controller to lead planning, forecasting, cost management and management reporting. You will translate complex numbers into clear insights for senior stakeholders and support strategic decisions across functions.

Based in the Philippines, you will collaborate with global teams, optimize cost allocation, and enhance dashboards with Excel, Power BI and ThinkCell to drive transparency and better financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certifications (CPA/CMA/CFA) are advantageous.
• 7–10 years of FP&A, cost management, or management reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis across business areas.
• Monitor and analyze cost performance, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and variances.
• Improve cost allocation, cost charging, and cost modelling across cross‑functional environment.
• Partner with department heads to provide financial advice and recommendations.
• Translate complex financial data into clear management insights and reporting.
• Enhance dashboards, analytics, and reporting processes to improve transparency and decision‑making.
• Support cost optimization initiatives through data‑driven analysis.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement in Finance.
