Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Finance Business Partner to deliver financial advice, management information, and performance insights to senior leaders across Wholesale Banking. Based in Makati, you will support forecasting, planning, and data quality while driving automation and improvement in analytical approaches.

You will collaborate with global finance teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, presenting financial insights and recommendations to leadership to enable business KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 7–10 years FP&A, financial advisory, or reporting.
• Translate financial analysis into actionable business advice.
• Strong experience with Power BI and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice and management information to senior leaders across WB HQ departments.
• Coordinate Flash and Actuals reporting for own domain.
• Lead rolling forecast and Dynamic Plan processes.
• Ensure data quality in management accounting systems and MIS tools.
• Drive automation to reduce manual reporting tasks.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.
