Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Finance Automation Lead to develop and manage the automation roadmap across Finance, aligned with global transformation goals. You will drive end-to-end projects using RPA, AI, and low-code platforms, while ensuring compliance and measurable ROI.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Finance Shared Services or Automation, strong knowledge of P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A, plus experience in multinational environments. A salary is linked to market norms in the Philippines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services, GBS, Finance Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Automation.
At least 3 years of experience leading automation or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Finance Automation roadmap aligned with GBS and Finance transformation goals.
Lead automation projects end-to-end, from business case development through implementation and stabilization.
Drive process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles.
Partner with Finance, IT, process owners, and GBS teams to deliver automation initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure operational performance, automation benefits, and ROI.
Ensure automation solutions comply with internal controls, SOX, data privacy, and corporate policies.
