Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an RPA Automation Development Officer to design, build, test, and operate automation solutions (RPA, macros, low-code apps) that streamline business processes. You will translate approved specs into robust automations and collaborate with stakeholders to plan releases and ensure delivery.

The role requires 2 years of automation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with UiPath and low-code platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or similar.
• 2 years proven experience in automation development, testing, implementation and hypercare/support.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements as automation opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and automation technologies.
• Certification in any automation development is a plus.
• Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath) and low-code platforms (PowerApps, Kissflow).
• Familiarity with automation lifecycle and governance frameworks.
• Basic SQL/data validation and understanding of non-functional requirements.
• Experience in Intelligent Automation or RPA projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation using the approved toolset (UiPath, Power Automate/Power Apps, Excel VBA/.NET, Kissflow).
• Convert functional specs into technical designs, reusable components, and working code with agreed sprint goals.
• Create and maintain Technical Design Documents detailing architecture and security considerations.
• Package, publish, schedule, monitor processes through the orchestrator and manage credentials.
• Execute controlled promotions and prepare release notes; participate in change reviews.
• Perform prototype development to demonstrate feasibility of automation initiatives.
• Support UAT with business users and remediate defects until acceptance criteria are met.
