Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Finance Automation Lead to develop and manage the automation roadmap across Finance, aligned with global transformation goals. You will drive end-to-end projects using RPA, AI, and low-code platforms, while ensuring compliance and measurable ROI.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Finance Shared Services or Automation, strong knowledge of P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A, plus experience in multinational environments. A salary is linked to market norms in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services, GBS, Finance Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Automation.
• At least 3 years of experience leading automation or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Finance Automation roadmap aligned with GBS and Finance transformation goals.
• Lead automation projects end-to-end, from business case development through implementation and stabilization.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Partner with Finance, IT, process owners, and GBS teams to deliver automation initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure operational performance, automation benefits, and ROI.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with internal controls, SOX, data privacy, and corporate policies.

• Lead automation projects end-to-end, from business case development through implementation and stabilization.Implement solutions using RPA, AI, workflow automation, data integration, and low-code platforms.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Partner with Finance, IT, process owners, and GBS teams to deliver automation initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure operational performance, automation benefits, and ROI.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with internal controls, SOX, data privacy, and corporate policies.Promote an automation-first culture by coaching finance teams and supporting digital capability building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services, GBS, Finance Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Automation.At least 3 years of experience leading automation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a multinational Shared Services/GBS environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, and FP&A.Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, AI/ML, and finance automation solutions.
• Lean Six Sigma and automation/RPA certifications are an advantage.
