Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Taguig is seeking a Finance Automation Specialist to collaborate across Finance and IT to identify automation opportunities and drive the automation roadmap. You will design, build and maintain automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx, and emerging tools while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will train Finance teams, provide user support, and coordinate with global and local stakeholders to deliver impactful automation solutions that improve efficiency

Qualifications

Identify automation opportunities with Finance and IT and prioritize the pipeline.
Design, build, test and implement automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx and future tools like Power Automate.
Ensure data quality, integrity and security of Finance data within automated tools.
Provide training and ongoing user support for Finance on automation tools.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Sun Life policy.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance and IT to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
Conceptualize, design, build, test and deploy automated processes using VBA, Alteryx and other tools.
Maintain data integrity, security and regulatory compliance in finance automation.
Train Finance team members and provide ongoing support for automation tools.
