Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Finance Automation Expert to lead automation and process optimization in Finance. You will identify opportunities, design and implement automation solutions, and improve the reliability of financial processes.

You will collaborate with Finance and IT to develop workflows using Excel VBA, Alteryx, Power Automate, and other tools, monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and provide training and documentation to users.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, CS, Analytics, or related field.
Experience in Finance automation, financial systems, process improvement, or similar role.
Hands-on expertise with Excel VBA, Alteryx, Power Automate, or other automation tech.
Solid understanding of Finance processes including reporting, reconciliation, data processing, and controls.
Experience developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions.
Knowledge of data quality, information security, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead automation initiatives across Finance and IT to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain automation solutions for financial reporting and data processing.
Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for reliability.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, integrity, and security in automated processes.
Provide training and technical guidance to Finance users; develop documentation and user instructions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and financial controls.
